Do I need a referral?
You do not need a referral for private, Homecare Package, or NDIS appointments. You do need an Chronic Disease Management (EPC) form for Medicare appointments.
Can I use my private health?
Yes. The code for an initial appointment is 500, and 505 for a standard appointment. You will pay the consultation fee at the time of the consultation, and an invoice will be emailed to you for claiming with your health fund.
How do bookings work?

How do I pay?
You can either pay via card during the time of the appointment, or via bank transfer.
