What You’ll Get with Your Consultation
1-on-1 Physiotherapy (I don’t leave you or put you on a machine!)
Features
- 50 minute initial consultations and 40 minute standard consultations
- A thorough examination
- A clear diagnosis and road to recovery
- Hands-on treatment
- A tailored exercise program
Initially, getting your pain under control and restoring movement is our priority. This will involve a combination of soft tissue massage, dry needling, and appropriate exercises.
As your condition improves, then the strengthening exercises will progress. And depending on your goals, this will take place over 3-12 weeks. Our goal is to both to get you:

- Prevent future injury
This is why our motto is: Restore Movement. Prevent Injury. Stay Active.
